34. Finger Flexion

This exercise and the next one will relieve finger pain, and ease stiffness throughout your hands.

Lift your hands.

Bend the fingers of both hands down simultaneously so that the tips of the fingers reach the knuckle pads of the palms. Your thumbs should be relaxed.

Repeat ten times.

35. Palm Stretch with Finger Extension

Lift your right arm straight out in front of you, palm facing upward.

Using your left hand, pull the fingers of your right hand back. Hold for a count of ten.

Repeat on the left side.
